my hotpoint aqarius washing machine will not pump out?

my hotpoint aquarius 900 is full of water and it wont pump out i have tried quick wash, spinning etc but it just gets fuller. and its full of my clothes

'K' I would recommend that you first unplug the machine and close the wter inlet valves. Then if you can get the waste hose lower then the water level in the machine the water should syphon from the drum. (If the water fails to sypthon this would undicate a blockage.)
If you manage to get the drum empty of water, remove the clothes. You can now go about establishing if the filter or outlet hose is blocked. If the water drained freely this would imply a fault with the pump which can sometimes be caused by a build up of soap sludge that prevents the pump impeller from working.
