Oil tank ran dry - refill but now no flow?

Oil ran out- Boulter Camray 5 boiler - refill today but boiler not firing. Tried to get oil flowing by disconnecting before filter and blowing through /sucking through - but still not really running free. Boiler still won't fire.

Make sure your outside issolation handle is fully turned on/open, next remove inlet side venting screw from the top off your in-line oil filter, after oil has vented through this vent hole with no bubbles showing fit the screw back in, then vent the same way on the outlet side of the same oil filter, next vent on the motors driven oil pump, refit vent plug, then restart your boiler and all should be ok, P.S.-(it may take a couple of re-sets to enable the oil to reach your burners firing head/nozzle).
