woscester boiler 280 water leaking from outside pipe and pressure gone up ?

Got a Worcester 280 boiler. Small curved pipe outsited been leaking pressure on boiler has gone up. Still got heating and still got hot water can any one help me with this?

it sounds like your filling loop (flexi pipe near the boiler to fill rads) is slightly open, or needs replacing.
