Urgently require a replacement glass turntable?
The glass turntable plate for my Hitachi Combination Oven and Grill broke in half and I cannot get help for a replacement either from Hitachi or Curry's where I purchased the appliance.
Below is another purchaser having the same difficulty copied from another web site.

The turntable recently shattered, so we had broken glass in with the meal. So that went out. Then we tried to get a replacement turntable glass. So far I''ve spent over an hour trying to find out where we might get one. Unfortunately, Hitachi are more concerned with bragging about themselves on their web site, and apparently don''t know about things like spare parts, or even this model! And all the spares companies are the same. There''s no shortage of people trying to sell me the thing, but absolutely nobody providing spares (apart from eBay, and I''m not sure that I want to buy something a bit safety-critical from there).
