You have to acertain where the blockage is by lifting the first manhole if this is full check the next manhole in line see if full or empty. if empty then blockage is between manholes. If first one is dry blockage obviously between pan and first manhole.
Pan plunging with rubber plunger and one rod tape joint to stop head coming off.
If manhole tape ALL joints well and turn the rods clockwise only. Use the worn spiral first to break up solds that might bacausing blockage then remove and replace with plunger.
