How can I repair the plastic covers on my dining room chairs?

Why put this question in GARDEN FURNITURE

If like the ones on my chairs it's a protection cover fittied oveer the seat by manufacturer to protect during transportation and the idea is to remove the seat [screws underneath] and remove the plastic protection covering. You could replace it but you would have to go to a furnature restorer to get the right plastic sheeting.
