Repair to garden table internal extension?

The hinges on my garden table internal folding extension have rusted and seized and are beyond repair. but I cannot find the same anywhere.

Without seeing them, If it was me, I would possibly be looking to modify the table or some hinges to do the job, See what local diY places etc have, also try specialist fittings suppliers, Lots around. Never know you might get the same at one of them.
