Simple answer is NO! if the cassette holding tank type which has to be remove periodically to discharge manually in to site chemical toilet disposal point. Don’t try it won’t work and how would you flush it and seal off the smells?.
Contact Thetford see if their Airtoilet with built in macerator would do. you will need a separate cistern for flushing they will explain this and tell them where it’s to be connected and also how grey waste water is entering in the same pipe
The alternative check if you could fit a conventional standard house toilet instead as long as you can do a connection to main sewer below and it must be below where the grey water [Wash basin and kitchen sink discharges if in same sewer pipe, this also goes for the Airtoilet.
