Hi,

Can anybody help please?

Machine has gone through its cycle and pumped out water from drum but door refuses to open.

I have emptied the water and cleaned the pump filter on the front panel but door still refuses to open.

I have even give it a swift 'knock' around the door panel area hoping it was just jammed?

Any idea please?

Does this model have a pheumatic air lock?
