15 month old machine now only washs cold, does not heat water, any ideas please, not sure if it ever did, only found out when i put a boil wash on and touched door window, stone cold

we had same problem. Opened up back and found electrical connection had come off. Pushed it back on and hey presto fixed

check the heater.should be around 29 ohms resistance across terminals.also check for loose wiring on heater terminals
