How to unlock protection feature on VHS?

Matsui VHS Model No: VP9406SL
I wrongly guessed pin Number after power failure as couldnt find pin and have been locked out by protection feature. How can I unlock this. I have now found pincode.

You can get round the protection feature by unplugging and leaving it off for at least 30 minutes. When you put it back on, you will be able to enter the security code again.
