I just replaced the retractable power cord on an Electrolux Epic 6500. Connections look ok and I've gotten the two halves back together, etc. When I plug the machine in, the "Power" light glows, but when I press the On switch, the "overheating" light glows and nothing else happens. I've changed bags, etc. and still no change. What's happening?
