how do i test a bosch washer dryer impeller that is not spinning?

my washer dryer is getting no hot air on its drying cycle,the element heats ok,the impeller dosent spin,can i test it or the power supply to it?

usually they seize up.if you can't spin fan by hand and make it rotate freely this could be your problem
