I would try plugging it into a computer and open up "My Computer". Then find the drive letter for your Sansa and right click on it, select properties, then select the tools tab, and click on the "Check Now" button under the error checking section. Click the "Automatically Fix File System Errors" check box, and then click on the "Start" button. Hopefully it can find your music and fix things for you.
