BOSCH WFF200 NOT DRAINING?

WHAT COULD BE WRONG WITH MY WFF2000. I HAVE TRIED RUNNING THE CYCLES OVER AND OVER AGAIN BUT WHEN IT GETS TO RINSE, IT DOESNT DRAIN. NOW GOT WATER IN IT CANNOT OPEN DORR, HOW DO I DRAIN IT?
