Depends on the model...If it is a 700 to 800 . Just remove the screw at the lower left rear. Prise the unit (this has the metal sheet on it) do NOT pull the tubing or you will need another printer.Carefully remove the tubing, this is extended to fit the external container. The ink pads can be accessed easily. Wear gloves wash in cold water DO NOT SQUEEZE. and reassemble. You need a utility to reset the counter but you did not ask this.
