inside the drum at 11 o clock is a thermostat held in with 2 screws and a plastic cover plate.if you hold a mirror inside the drum and look up towards the top of the opening you will see it.these have a habit of going faulty.all contacts should be normally closed when cold.any open circuit will cause a no heat problem.could also be a faulty element!
