I have noticed the last week or so the belt feels like it's slipping when I'm walking/running. Today I couldn't increase above 2.5 speed with this happening on every step. I tried to slide the belt over, but it doesn't move & there are metal caps over the ends of the belt so it is not accessable. Any thoughts/suggestions? Thanks!

Did you get it fixed? My belt is slipping to and I used the trouble shooting method of tightening and it still slips.

shipped it to Africa and erroneosly plugged it on 240volt and there was a spark.
