Your fan is dusty or wornout, or there is something touching the fan.
Make sure that there is nothing in contact with the fan.
Try removing the dust on the fan. An art brush can do a nice job. Just be delicate.
If after that the fan is still noisy, it probably means that it needs to be replaced.
If the keys are sticky, your keyboard is probably very dirty or to old.
Pull out a few keycaps and look to see if they are gummed or dirty. There may be an accumulation of debrits under the keys.
Remove any debrits. If it's dirty, clean it without using any solvent. You can clean the keycaps in water and soap, NEVER put the keyboard body in or under the water.
If things are clean, or reasonable so, it can mean that the keyboard need to be replaced.
