My washing machine, when emptying, only empties so far then starts flashing E2. I undertsand this means there could be a blockage in the drainage. I have emptied the drum using the emergency hose but i am having trouble opening the filter cover. It looks like it has maybe melted slightly????? I cannot turn the filter cover at all! Is there any other way of accessing the drainage filter? Or does anyone know anyay of getting the filter cover off?
