I have a 14.4 volt Performance Power drill/screwdriver. The battery is failing, even though it has not been heavily used. Model appears to be NLE144VCHD, Serial number 1810306, EAN 0508 6023 and it cost me £99.95 from B&Q. I have been to a large B&Q (New Malden) for a spare battery but "we don't stock them anymore".

I have a similar problem - battery appears charged but there is no power under pressure. I have rung my local B & Q and the guy there said they have spares although there are different types. Can you not get your local store to order one - after all it is a B&Q make ! tech helpline 0845 300 2577 - which is where I will be going if they dont have one when I get in - other than that it will be a new drill but steer away from them !
