had to move a radiator one wall to another so drain down all radiators but cant get to fill back up only 0.3 bar preasure an no hot water either

you need to start bleeding your rads mate, start at the top and do a couple, then repressure your system. continue doing 2 at a time and repressurising until you have done them all.
you didnt need to empty every rad to move one, you could of used the isolators on each rad.
