intermitatly the programmer about half way through a cycle just keeps clicking round and round. It has been suggested that it maybe the filter, but where is the filter on this model, there is nothing on the front, i am reluctnat to pull it out until i know where to look as it will tear my lino floor! Any ideas pls?
common problem on this machine, try running some descaler through it as it sounds as though it could be partially blocked, I bet you only wash on 40 degrees?? if so put it on a boil and run through.
