Hi Gary, one of the biggest causes of condensation is poor air circulation. How often are your windows opened? Even if just for a few minutes a day this can really help.
Or do your windows have trickle vents on? These are white strips towards the top of the window frame which just let air trickle in so helping the keep air flow regular. If you don't have them they can be added on quite easily.
Try the fresh air approach first, but if this doesn't work then there are more steps you could try.
