We have a combi alpha 240/e boiler, we have no hot water . ?

The water used to come through hot then change to cold then hot again but now it just will not click the boiler on when we want hot water, even if the heating is on it will not get the water hot.

sounds like a diaphram... quite a common fault on the Alphas.
