The top thread and bottom thread are not hooking. The hook part of the bobbin area is not catching the top thread...

Hello Akki,
Your machine ios what we call a mystery make, no one knows who really makes it, if you email me and let me know if the bobbin goes in sideways or in the front it would help, also if you could send a picture it would help, I can attach full instructions, type my address as you say it not as you see it.
