Mine is a Panasonic CT-30WX54. Was working fine until 2 weeks ago. It now will not respond to either it's own remote or my cable remote (used just for volume). All of the front panel buttons work just fine. The problem isn't in the remotes. I've always turned it on and off by the front panel power button and ALWAYS get shocked. Could this have something to do with it? Did I short something out? HELP
