servis 1300 washing machine?

Its making a banging, clattering sound when spinning, although it washes, pumps, rinses etc. And the rubber ring near door seems to be twisted on one side, where i think the drum is banging against it.

Hi! Mine is doing the same thing! Its just started. Seems to be working but making a terrible noise! I think its the water pump so I'm going to take mine apart and see if I can find anything wrong with it! I'l let you know if I do! Best, Philip Cameron
