if no slide ,you stretch it on, place the belt centrally onto the drive motor pulley now feed the belt onto the large drive pulley,you will come to a point where you think the belt is too small, at this point use gloves and use the cross bracing of the large wheel to continue turning, the belt will s t r e t c h onto the pulley, just like putting a chain back onto a bike.
