The belt is probably worn as well as check the drum pulley for cracks. I found two cracks in the arm of the drum pulley and it was making a ton of noise - especially on the high spin cycles. We replaced the drum pulley and the noise disappeared. Also remove the top cover (two screws in the back hold it down). Check the springs and concrete counter weights. If cracked concrete this will cause some noise as well as vibration. the springs might be loose or have cracked where they are 'seated'
