I don't know the purpose of eyizevug.dll.
It probably mean that some application tries to access that library and it's not present.
It could also mean that that DLL don't contain any executable code.
Another possibility: You HAD a virus. That DLL was part of the virus and your antivirus suppressed it. The GOOD news is that the virus can no longer work! Youpee!
