Hi, sounds like the carbon brushes on the machines motor are worn? tilt the machine underneath you will see the motor with a pulley belt on the end, where the wires go in to the motor you will see 2 black plastic connectors on each side? pull off the connections and remove each one with a round headed screw driver? 2 screws per connector? then pull it off!on the end is the carbon brush? this is what needs replacing? buy a new set and fit them back with the screws, be carefull not to snap the carbon? this completes the repair regards mark. click here for spares http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=190322810333&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT
