have heard virgin have found a way to block all star view boxs dont know how they did it but mine is down as is all of my 15 other friends with same box (silver) if anybody can let me know how to get them to work again ,thanks

im not sure what your promlem is , , what it saying on your tv screen when the box is on? if you look 7 questions back down the list and read it , it might help you ,
