air leak in fuel system?

i have a 2003 swb transit van 2 litre di i have had a diagnostic test and everything was ok. I have a air leak in my fuel system what parts commonly break to cause this problem

remove fuel filter & check the seals, check fuel pipes all the way back to the tank.
