i have two ntl d5100 cordless phone neither will alloe me to make calls or recieve incoming call please help

Have you paid your bill?Has your supplier cut you off for any reason?Unplug the phone base units,take the batteries out of the phones leave them for 30mins or so then plug it all together again and see if that works,or Have you paid the bill.....
