if the base of yoir oil tank is rais heighe than the nase of your oil boiler ? to bleed the oil through
1.unscrew the flexible hose on the end of your copper supply pipe from the boiler burner
2. ensure that your oil tank isolation wale is fully open.
3. ensure that any secondary shut off valves if fitted are open on the oil supply line.
4. check that your tremote fire vale is open or has not failed and close as this will stop the oil supply alongg the oil line.
after removing he flexible ose from the burner place it in a bucket and drain 3/4 bucket of oil into the bucket
at least gallon and half to ensure that all air is out of the oil line.
get someone to shut off the tank oil isolation valve then replace the flexi ose back onto the burner.
switch the boiler on and set the boiler stat to its heighest setting. then press and hold the eset button on the burner and the burner should go through its start upprocedure and light. restart the burner several time if the burner does still not start take the burner off the boliler remove the blast cube and flame spreader and unscrew the brass nozzel then try the burner with out the nozzel oil should pumpout through the hole where the nozzel was if no oil then possibly selonpoid valve has failed or faulty control box
hope this info helps
