Ignis Dishwasher fault?

Ignis 347/2 dishwasher starts to wash and then reverts to Rinse. The audible alarm keeps bleeping and the Alarm Light flashes 7 times.

We have the same problem, we have tried resetting, and cleaning all parts but with no success did you try anything else?
