Myson Velaire Blows Fuses?

My 1988 Myson Velaire (kero) is blowing fuses. My electrician has isolated it to the control panel but said he didn't know anything about them so wouldn't take it apart. I'm hoping to diagnose the problem quickly, get the spares and fix it. Any suggestions?

Did you get anywhere with this? I have a 60/80 and it has also been blowing fuses and tripping the consumer unit.
