The drum seems to have loosened inside and is making very loud noises. Shock absorbers seem ok?

open the door and push the inner drum at the 12 o clock position if movement occurs up/down bearing have gone this will be a major, major, strip down job,
you have to weigh up bearings costs,spider assembly and labour charges or cut losses and get another machine
