You should have asked in: Video, Satellite Receivers.
You must contact your local British Sky Broadcasting dealer for that.
From what I found:
You need a viewing card paired to that particuliar box.
It can ONLY be done by a British Sky Broadcasting technician.
The cards can't be moved from one box to any other.
A given box can only use the card with whitch it have been paired.
You may not need the card to watch some non-premium channels.
