bosch maxx washing machine wont empty, wont spin?

end light is flashing, but water still in drum. wont spin or drain, and just hums

Turn off the water taps , then try taking the hot & cold filters out from the inlet pipes at the back of the machine and rinse under running water. Turn of water first. This worked for me under a similar problem.
