I have a Russell Hobbs Breadmaker Pro 10008 breadmaker?

When making bread in my breadmaker the dough is grey once cycle is finished. I believe I need a new pan and paddle is this right? But cannot find anywhere to purchase them. Please could you help, I do not want to throw out the breadmaker because it is otherwise working well.
