Creda Slimline Storage heater not heating?

Power is getting to the switch on the wall. However the heater has stopped charging. Do these heaters have internal fuse etc?
Nigel Reilly, May 2006
Ive just changed a thermal link that is in the top of the heater behind the cover, its like a safety link/fuse.

I had a similar problem with mine, I checked the elements and the the thermostat and they were all working. It turned out to be the metalic strips in the switch control. It must have overheated causing the metal strips to part and break the circuit (Safety cut out I assume). I simply pushed the 2 strips that were apart together and hey presto it worked.
