Machine didn't finish it's cycle, wife talking about buying a new one, read your answer about resetting by holding the start button in for 5 secs. All reset OK and working fine. Many thanks

It will now fill and drain but the drum doesn't turn.
Try new brushes first?

switch the machine on.presss and hold the start button in for 5 seconds.let machine do what ever and reset.when ready light comes on and door releases you can set a new program and retry
