My Daniel Dakota Chiming Mantle Clock?

The chimes are off by 1 hour its 7 they are chimming 8, how do I fix this?

gently move the hr hand only by 1 hr in your case from 7 to the 8 position, if the hr hand finger pops off gently push back on
