Where can I obtain a replacement rear roller for TX400?

I have a TX400 Model 04040 Serial #CBB 04021955. The rear roller that the treadmill belt rolls around is broken. I called the customer service in New Jersey and was told they do not have the roller. Where can I get a roller to buy?
