my greenstar Ri boiler will not ignite?

When i reset boiler it will not ignite, it is nothing to do with condensing pipe or syphon as they are fine.
Could it be ignition electrodes?
Boiler is a greenstar 12i

the amount of flashes per second on the blue light will get you closer to the problem. these boilers have a two year warranty
