There is a ASISClarionCX501 Double-DINCD/Bluetooth/USBReceiver on ebay for sale in the description it says item is in good condition in open retail package complete POWERS UP BUT LOCKED/ NEEDS A CODE. What does this mean? Is it stolen? And how would i go about getting a code?
