Magellan Roadmate 1215?

My Magellan Roadmate `1215 will only load to the same spot now and no further ie. the name page with the "tube" shape below.Charging battery has not helped,nor pressing reset .It is approx 16 months old and little used.

Mine does exactly the same and started doing it during an update of info from the magellan site, I have tried to contact them for months, they do not reply.It was working perfectly until then so it is something on the site that has caused it to crash.
