Hi, I hope someone can shed some light on this!

I recently replaced the timeswitch for the boiler so I now have Sunvic select 107 XLS + Glow worm ultracom hxi (old timeswitch was a switchmaster 600). I have double and triple checked all the wiring it is all correct, and identical to the old configuration which worked fine.

For some reason the timeswitch does not seem to activate anything on the boiler, even on "ALLDAY" or "ON" settings. I am totally stumped as to why this is. I have tried every combination of settings on the DIP switches in case that made a difference but to no avail.

Any ideas?

I have replaced the pcb relay in the 107XLS when the controller failed to call for heat and now the controller works fine. However, I am an experienced electronic engineer but find SUNVIC suppport uncooperative if the controller is out of warranty. B&Q no longer stock the controller so draw one's own conclusions!

I have exactly the same problem the sunvic 107 does not activate the immersion at all !

best thing to do is ask Sunvic which terminal is there switch live output on this is the only thing i can think is wrong

i would say by a decent boiler not a shitty glow worm, a combi with an integral timer should be simple enough 4 you
